[Update]: Dragon Ball FighterZ's most likely final update will add the much-requested rollback netcode.

After many teasers and a couple of beta tests, Arc System Works' 2.5D fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ has now made its way to both PC and consoles. More importantly, it has done so alongside some highly positive reviews!

So if you're interested in seeing what Dragon Ball FighterZ is like, as well as how closely it emulates the show, allow me to share with you the recently posted launch trailer. It unfortunately doesn't feature much actual gameplay, but it should be enough to give you a decent idea of what to expect. Have a look:

I'm not a big fan of fighting games so I can't exactly tell you whether Dragon Ball FighterZ is something you would enjoy or not, but from what I've seen online it seems to be pretty damn good. There are some complaints about lag, though I would imagine those will get fixed once we get further away from launch and the servers stop getting overwhelmed. In other words, it's pretty much exactly what you would expect from Arc System Works - an extremely solid fighting game.

So if you're looking for a Dragon Ball themed fighting game, and especially if you enjoyed Blaz Blue or Guilty Gear, you should head on over to either Steam or the official website. And just for good measure, I'll leave you with the opening cinematic. Enjoy!
