While the odds of Destiny ever appearing on the PC are highly unlikely, fan remakes and demakes don't have such restrictions to conform to. This is where Project Tiger, a 2D action sidescroller made as an homage to Destiny, comes into the picture.

Project Tiger was created by Brenton Whitwell over the course of a few months in celebration of "Bungie Day", with the end result being a charming, albeit rather short game. If you'd like to give it a look before downloading, here's a brief gameplay trailer from the developer himself:

The download size is 52MB and from what little I've played there appear to be absolutely no issues with this version.
