If you were wondering how prominently space will feature in the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you don't need to look much further than the recently posted gameplay video from the San Diego Comic-Con.

The video showcases the first ~12 minutes of the campaign, and outside of the mandatory "slow-walking" story section you will barely spend any time with your feet planted firmly on the ground, choosing to instead bring the fight to the enemy on board your very own star-fighter. Have a look:

To give you some context for all of the shooty action and hopefully explain who the bad guys even are, Activision also released a tiny snippet of the story: "When the Settlement Defense Front attacks UNSA forces in Geneva without warning during Fleet Week, Lt. Reyes and his squad have only one option: Fight back against the SetDef and give ‘em hell". What that means, I have no idea since I haven't played CoD in a very long time, but I'm sure the fans among you will see some ties to the previous games and their storylines.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be releasing on November 4, and if you buy one of the special packs you'll also get a remastered version of Modern Warfare.
