Are you one of those people that just couldn't care less about the "story" in Call of Duty games and is just there to 360° no-scope fools in multiplayer matches?

If so I have some great news because Activision has released a Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Multiplayer Starter Pack which besides having a name so long it doesn't fit on the Steam store front is also a multiplayer-only version of Black Ops 3. There are some restrictions however, as you might imagine, but they aren't very severe so odds are you won't even feel them if you're just in it to shoot some dudes:

Features NOT included in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Multiplayer Starter Pack:

- Zombies game mode 

- Campaign game mode 

- Ability to play in Multiplayer custom games 

- Ability to Prestige (your level will be capped at 55 in the Starter Pack) 

- Access to mod tools or modded content (once released) 

- Access to unranked server browser (once released) 

- Ability to Fresh Start your profile 

- The ability to access Dead Ops Arcade II and Nightmares mode

The multiplayer starter pack will set you back a very affordable €14,49 while the full version upgrade (not including the starter pack) costs a rather steep €45,50.

I'm clearly not Call of Duty's main demographic because I cannot for the life of me see why the campaign and a few other nifty little features somehow end up costing €45,50 but the good news is that the multiplayer-only pack is an amazing deal. If you're in to fast-paced shooters and don't care about the trappings of realism or logic there are very few games that will beat COD and with a price tag set this low I can't help but fully recommend it.

Just bear in mind that this promotion only lasts until February 29th so don't dilly-dally for too long or you might miss it.
