[Update]: The greatly improved Death Stranding Director's Cut has now landed onto PC as a $10 upgrade

If you're in the mood for a game that is completely out of the ordinary, you might be glad to hear that Death Stranding has now arrived for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The PC version brings with it support for high framerates and ultra-wide monitor setups, a brand new photo mode to help take the perfect screenshot, as well as some rather nifty cross-over content from none other than Half-Life!

As for what exactly Death Stranding looks like in action on PC, that you'll find out through the recently posted trailer. Have a gander, it's a rather pretty one:

Before you decide to dive in head-first, I would highly recommend doing a little bit of research. I say this because even though Death Stranding is a well made game and fun in ways I honestly didn't expect, it is also a remarkably niche one, especially considering Hideo Kojima's previous work. So look up a little bit of gameplay, see what it's all about, and then make a decision.

If you'd like a solid starting point for your research, you can hop on over to Steam to see what people are saying. As for the PC system requirements, that you'll find in one of the previous announcements. Have fun running around!
