After spending around four years in Steam Early Access, the Diablo inspired Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem has now been released in full. As you would imagine from its inspiration, Wolcen brings with it a whole boatload of monsters to hack and slash your way through, a variety of abilities and builds to experiment with, and naturally, more loot than one could ever hope to carry back to town.

While on the gameplay front Wolcen appears to be pretty darn good, it is worth mentioning that it's currently having some serious technical issues. The servers are simply unable to cope with the massive influx of new players so they're frequently going down, while some of the later chapters have highly annoying bugs you might have to work around. As such, I'd recommend giving Wolcen a week or two before diving in, just to be on the safe side.
