Redeemer is a top-down, close-quarters brawler that doesn't shy away from showcasing the true brutality of combat. What this means in gameplay terms is that you will spend most of your time punching, kicking, hammering, hacking, shooting, and smashing your way through an entire army of elite operatives and hideous monstrosities, all on a mission of reckoning and redemption.

Since trying to explain this type of game through words alone is a bit a pointless task, allow me to share with you the recently posted trailer. It will give you a pretty damn good idea of just what kind of brawler Redeemer truly is. Have a look:

While it might seem like complete chaos, the combat in Redeemer is actually based around timing and precision. You'll need to strike your enemies when they are exposed, perfectly block their attacks in order to use their strength against them, and most importantly of all, quickly disarm any potential threats before you end up with more holes in your than a fine piece of cheese.
