Warhammer: Chaosbane official artwork with logo

Warhammer: Chaosbane, just like the Diablo series from which it draws a good portion of its inspiration, is a fantasy hack and slash that's all about cleaving through untold hordes of monsters in search of randomized loot. Chaosbane also features a variety of classes, each of which has their own unique strengths, abilities, talents and playstyles. Long story short, it is a Warhammer themed ARPG through and through.

You can get a pretty good idea of what all of this looks like in gameplay terms through one of the character trailers down below. Have a look, the High Elf Mage is my favorite out of the bunch:

If Warhammer: Chaosbane looks like it might be up your alley, you'll be glad to hear that it will be arriving in the very near future, on June 4th to be exact. As far as the launch platforms are concerned, you can expect to see Warhammer: Chaosbane on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

On the other hand, if you're wondering whether it's any good or not, I would welcome you to check out my beta preview. It's obviously covering an unfinished build, but it should still give you an idea of where Warhammer: Chaosbane's strengths and weaknesses lie.

As far as official information is concerned, you can learn more about Warhammer: Chaosbane, as well as follow its development moving forward, over at Steam or the official website.
