If you're in the mood for running extremely fast and slamming face-first into heavily armored robots, you might want to give the freshly released Spark the Electric Jester 3 a bit of your time. To put it quite bluntly, it's a Sonic Adventure inspired action-platformer that offers pretty much exactly what you would expect in terms of gameplay - fast paced movement across death-defying drops, plenty of exploration, and the occasional bout of combat to help keep things from slowing down too much.

Judging by the player reviews so far, it looks like Spark the Electric Jester 3 has managed to do what Sonic struggles with frequently and successfully strike a balance between high speed and responsive controls. So if you're a fan of the Sonic Adventure series, and you don't mind the story occasionally turning nonsensical, Spark the Electric Jester 3 could be right up your alley.
