Observation official artwork without logo

Now that its Epic Games Store exclusivity has run out, the sci-fi thriller Observation has slowly drifted onto Steam as well. Best of all, it has done so alongside a 50% discount that will last until May 28th, bringing the price down to €10.

When it comes to the actual gameplay, in Observation you don't play as one of the characters adrift on the failing space station, but rather as the station's artificial intelligence S.A.M. Your role will be to operate the various systems, cameras and tools in order to assist Dr. Emma Fisher in figuring out what has happened to the station, the missing crew, and perhaps most importantly, yourself.

You can get a pretty good impression of what all of this looks like in action through the recently posted Steam trailer. Have a gander, it's a rather fun idea:

I haven't played Observation myself, but from what I've read, it appears to be a genuinely interesting story wrapped up in some occasionally frustrating gameplay. So if you're planning to give Observation a try, it might be a good idea to do a little bit more research before diving in, just to fully understand what exactly you're getting yourself into.

To do so, as well as potentially grab yourself a copy, you should head on over over to Steam. Enjoy!
