After quite a few previews and teasers, the Diablo inspired ARPG Warhammer: Chaosbane has now finally arrived in full. As you would expect from that brief description alone, Warhammer: Chaosbane is a fantasy hack and slash that that's all about annihilating untold hordes of monsters with a variety of unique characters, all in search of ever-increasing quantities of randomized loot.

If you're wondering how all of this translates into actual gameplay, allow me to share with you one of the recent trailers featuring the Wood Elf Scout. Have a gander, it's a fairly informative one:

I'm currently finishing up my review so I won't go into too much detail here, but long story short, Warhammer: Chaosbane is a bit of a mixed bag. The ranged combat is phenomenal while the melee combat is somewhat mediocre, the voice acting for the High Elf Mage is absolutely perfect while the voice acting for the Wood Elf Scout is downright dreadful, some of the end-game items you'll pick up are really fun while the majority are just a boring ol' stat boost. This sort of duality runs throughout the entirety of Warhammer: Chaosbane, so if you do decide to grab it, make sure to do a bit of research beforehand, just in case!
