City of Brass is a challenging first-person rogue-lite themed after the Arabian Nights. In gameplay terms this means you will be spending most of your time exploring opulent cities and sand-covered ruins, fighting against a variety of mythological creatures as well as boring ol' skeletons, and naturally, trying your hardest to not die a brutal and highly disappointing death.

It just recently arrived on Steam Early Access, and if you're interested in seeing what it has to offer you'll find the launch trailer right below. Its not a very lengthy video, but it should be more than enough to give you a decent idea of just what kind of rogue-lite City of Brass truly is. Have a look:

I haven't played it myself, so as always take the following with a few grains of salt, but from what I can tell City of Brass appears to be your standard Early Access game. All of the elements necessary to create a fun and enjoyable rogue-lite are present and accounted for, though there are still significant flaws and missing features keeping it from becoming something you will want to play for a lengthy period of time. Speaking of time, City of Brass is going to be in Early Access for around 6-12 months, so my suggestion would be to wait it out and see what happens, just to be on the safe side.

If you would like to learn more, however, you will find what you seek on either Steam or the official website. And finally, allow me to leave you with a couple of colorful images, just to set the mood:
