As you might imagine from that description alone, Battle Princess Madelyn is all about scouring the various levels for secrets and new weapons, mastering the movement and combat mechanics, and naturally, trying to beat up giant bosses without losing any of your power-ups in the process.

Before you get too worried about the difficulty, it is worth mentioning that there will be two separate game modes for you to mess around with: story mode and arcade mode. The first one will allow you to experience the whole game without encountering too many problems, while the second one will offer up a much greater challenge by emulating some of the gameplay style from the oldschool Ghouls 'n Ghosts. So regardless of what sort of gameplay experience you're looking for, Battle Princess Madelyn seems to have it covered.
