[Update]: The PC version of Detroit: Become Human has now landed onto the Epic Games Store alongside support for 4K resolutions and 60fps.

After being announced quite a few months ago, we now finally have the release date for the PC version of Detroit: Become Human. You can expect it to arrive this December 12th exclusively for the Epic Games Store, and alongside a variety of minor improvements and support for 4k resolutions.

You can get a pretty good idea of what the PC version looks like, as well as what the core storyline is all about, through the recently posted teaser trailer. Have a gander, it's a pretty short one:

As for whether Detroit: Become Human is any good or not, that will entirely depend on what you're looking to get out of it, as well as how much you can tolerate the somewhat cheesy dialogue. The good news is that you won't have to gamble with your money to figure that out as Detroit: Become Human is expected to have a free demo, just like Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. When exactly the demo will arrive, I'm afraid I have no idea, but I'd definitely recommend checking it out before springing for your wallet as David Cage games tend to be somewhat divisive.

You can learn more about Detroit: Become Human, as well as grab the demo once it becomes available, over at the Epic Games Store.
