Saints Row 4 official artwork

Deep Silver Volition is currently preparing for the release of their latest open-world action game Agents of Mayhem, and in order to get people excited they have partnered up with Humble to create a Saints Row themed Humble Bundle. However, while the bundle may bear the Saints Row name, it actually features a variety of rather interesting games!

You can obviously find all of the Saints Row games in the bundle, but there's also Homefront, Risen 3, Mighty No. 9, Killer is Dead, and so forth. You can find all of the details, including the tier at which each game appears, right below. Here's the full list:

Overwatch screenshot of Soldier 76 hitting the camera

If you've been playing Overwatch for any length of time you've most likely encountered people who are just sitting at spawn in competitive, walling off teammates with Mei, and just being a completely disruptive nuisance in general. Like most people you've probably tried reporting them in the hope that Blizzard will sort them out, but unfortunately the report system was almost entirely meaningless and without any sort of bite... until now!

According to a recent update by Community Manager Lylirra the Overwatch Reporting & Penalty system has been greatly improved and is now going to dish out rightful punishment for any abusive behavior, harassment, in-game spam, intentional inactivity and griefing! The whole post is short but sweet, so here it is:

Ciri and Geralt from Witcher playing Gwent

CDPR announced a couple of weeks ago that the Gwent Open Beta will soon be bolstered with 20 new cards. While we still don't know when exactly the cards will come, CDPR did just release a little bit of a teaser in the form of not only new cards, but also some of the upcoming balance changes.

Since all of this was revealed in preparation for tomorrow's Chinajoy event all of the card text is in Chinese, but thankfully jockeyjoestar on Reddit did a rough translation. So if you're interested in seeing all of the new artwork you should head over to the Reddit thread, but if you're just looking for the card effects and balance changes you'll find the full list down below. Have a gander:

Fortnite official artwork without logo

Fortnite is an "action building game" that combines numerous elements from a wide variety of genres. You need to scavenge for materials and weapons as if you were playing an open-world survival game, you need to craft traps and fortifications in order to survive waves of monsters as if you were playing a tower defense game, and you also need to carve your path through hordes upon hordes of monsters in order to solve quests, as if you're playing some sort of run & gun shooter.

Its definitely a strange combination, but from what I've seen so far it manages to be surprisingly compelling. So if you're interested in seeing what Fortnite is all about, allow me to share with you the recently posted gameplay trailer. Its not very long, but it should get the point across quite nicely. Have a look:

Total War: Warhammer's mammoth unit from Norsca

Instead of a standard pre-order bonus Total War: Warhammer 2 will be giving everyone who purchases the game before or within the first week of launch the newly revealed Norsca faction. More importantly, you won't have to wait until Total War: Warhammer 2 finally arrives in order to play as the savage northerners - they will be coming to the original Total War: Warhammer on August 10th!

If you're interested in seeing what sort of beasts and creatures demonic vikings like to bring with them on raids, you should check out the recently posted gameplay teaser down below. Its not very long, but it will give you a pretty damn good idea of what sort of playstyle Norsca is aiming for. Have a look:

Just Cause 3 Rico sticking a car to the side of a building

If you're looking for a game that's essentially a Michael Bay movie you can participate in, the overabundance of explosions and poor writing included, then you might want to check out Just Cause 3. Its completely free to try out for the next two days, so if you're interested simply head over to Steam and click on that shiny green "Play Game" button.

While you're there you might also want to check out the Just Cause 3: Multiplayer mod. It unfortunately doesn't feature any NPCs, but at least it gives you the rare chance to see what happens when 100+ people have jets and rocket launchers on hand at all times.

Roadhog from Overwatch hooking Zenyatta

Last month's Horizon Lunar Colony Update brought with it some amazing buffs to McCree and Reaper, but also a Roadhog nerf so devastating it practically deleted him from the game. After Roadhog plummeted to 40% winrate and less than 1% pickrate in competitive Blizzard finally announced that they are working on some defensive buffs for poor ol' piggy, buffs that will soon be hitting the PTR!

The exact numbers still haven't been decided, but according to Principal Designer Geoff Goodman Roadhog will soon have 50% damage reduction while using his Take a Breather heal, and he'll also be able to move around at full speed while inhaling! Here's the full post if you're interested in some of the details behind this change:

ELEX screenshot of beautiful scenery and some fancy robots

With Gamescom 2017 just around the corner THQ Nordic has released the lineup of games they will be showcasing at the event. There will be eight of them in total, six of which have already been announced: the open-world RPG ELEX, the Battle Chasers: Nightwar RPG, the multiplayer version of SpellForce 3, the underwater FPS Aquanox: Deep Descent, and a newly updated version of The Guild 3.

Most interestingly of all, THQ Nordic has also announced that they will be showing off two brand new games at the event, one of which is a new and original IP. The first announcement will be a new installment of a well-known, mysterious, and horrific IP. What exactly that game is going to be, I simply don't know, but if I had to do an educated guess I would say its going to be a new Alan Wake game given that it fits all of the criteria.

Mistborn: Birthright official artwork

For those of you that might not know, Mistborn is a series of rather amazing fantasy novels written by Brandon Sanderson. Given the success of the series and the rather incredible world the story takes place in it was only a matter of time before someone tried their hand at a video game adaptation. And so in March of 2012 a video game prequel by the name of Mistborn: Birthright was announced and pinned for a late-2013 release.

Unfortunately, problems quickly arose and Mistborn: Birthright ended up being delayed multiple times, with less and less developer comments as time went on. As such, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise to hear that the CEO of Little Orbit Matthew Scott has now came out to announce that Mistborn: Birthright has officially been canceled. The whole story is both intriguing and tragic, so if you're wondering what exactly happened with Mistborn: Birthright you'll find the full announcement down below:

Metro Exodus screenshot of a broken gask mask amidst a frozen street

After the success of not only the Metro series, but the Metro Redux collection as well, I am very glad to say that the atmospheric horror-FPS will be getting a sequel. As you might expect from the name alone, in Metro Exodus we will be escaping the shattered ruins of Moscow in order to embark on a continent-spanning journey.

Besides the obvious inclusion of a new storyline, Metro Exodus will also bring with it greatly improved gameplay, as you'll see in one of the recent videos down below. I would heartily recommend you give it a look as some of the scenery is quite spectacular! Here's the video:
