As you might expect from the name alone, Attack on Titan 2 will be picking up directly after the original Attack on Titan game and will cover the show's second season. You can expect to see a variety of new characters (including a roster of playable Titans), better visuals, tweaked controls and dodging mechanics, as well as numerous other improvements to the gameplay and storytelling elements.

Speaking of which, you might be glad to hear that Koei Tecmo has now released an action-packed trailer showing off Attack on Titan 2's characters and story. Naturally, there are going to be spoilers throughout the whole video, so if you haven't watched the second season you might want to avert your eyes. For everyone else, here's the video:

Besides the new story trailer, Koei Tecmo has now also revealed the release date. You can expect Attack on Titan 2 to arrive this March 20th for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and even the Nintendo Switch.
