Payday devs' The Walking Dead co-op FPS now four trailers showing off the rather interesting characters

Overkill, the studio behind the Payday series, is currently working on a four player co-op FPS set in The Walking Dead universe. As you might imagine given the setting, close quarters combat and stealth are going to represent a major part of the gameplay, though if you ever get discovered you'll also be able to throw caution to the wind and go guns blazing. Just be warned, sound can and will draw in additional hordes of zombies!
As for the four characters themselves, each one will have their own special abilities, skill trees, playstyles, and perhaps most importantly of all, strong personalities. Given that this is a co-op game we're talking about, you can expect to see all of the characters have some noticeable weaknesses, weaknesses you will need to compensate for with good ol' fashioned teamwork. For those of you that have played Payday 2, I think it's safe to say we can expect to see something similar to it's specialization system.
Dark Souls and Bloodborne devs are working on a new action-RPG - Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

- in News
It has been known for around a year now that FromSoftware, the studio behind Dark Souls and Bloodborne, is working on a brand new game, though no actual details have been known until now. As you can probably guess from the title, I am extremely happy to announce that their next game, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, will be a Bloodborne inspired action-RPG with a focus on 'challenging but fair' difficulty and extensive customization.
Since there is no better way to showcase this type of game than through actual gameplay, allow me to share with you the recently posted trailer. Despite being early in development it already looks pretty darn awesome, so I'd definitely recommend you give it a look:

[Update #2]: CDPR has now released a cinematic trailer highlighting what happens when a job goes really bad.
[Update]: Cyberpunk 2077 now has an extremely lengthy gameplay preview!
Cyberpunk 2077 has been on a lot of people's minds ever since the original and quite amazing trailer. Very little information has arrived since then, something that has unfortunately continued to this very day, but you'll be glad to hear that CDPR has now finally released an in-engine trailer, and that it looks downright stellar!
You'll find the video right below, but don't get too excited about the visuals as they are likely to be less impressive when it comes to actual gameplay. That said, The Witcher 3 is one of the most beautiful games I've ever played, so I highly doubt it's going to be much of a downgrade. With that little bit of warning out of the way, here's the new trailer:
Skullgirls devs are working on Indivisible - a highly colorful and action-packed RPG
- By Ash
- in Indie Games
Indivisible is an upcoming RPG/platformer hybrid from Lab Zero Games, the studio behind the rather excellent Skullgirls. As you might imagine from that brief description alone, Indivisible will send you on a world-spanning adventure filled with companions to meet, abilities to master, and enemies to pound into the dirt. That last part is perhaps the most important since Lab Zero Games announced that they will be taking all they've learned from Skullgirls to create a combat system with a great amount of depth and a variety.
If you're wondering how all of that might translate into gameplay, as well as what Indivisible's visuals are like, you'll find the recently posted E3 trailer right below. Have a look, it's a fairly short but sweet video:

E3 2018 is now well and truly underway, which means that gameplay trailers, reveals, and massive announcements are flying out at an incredible rate. There is so much of it going around that it's fairly difficult to keep track of, which is why I've created this list to give you a good look at the most interesting news and announcements from this year's E3.
Before we begin, it is worth mentioning that I've primarily focused on PC and multi-platform games, so no console exclusives or mobile games. Similarly, I have absolutely no knowledge of sports games or what people might find interesting about them, so I've avoided those as well. Everything else is fair game, however, so if something catches your fancy just follow the links to learn more.
With that little disclaimer now out of the way, here's all of the interesting news, reveals, announcements and trailers that came out of the first day of E3 2018:
Star Wars Battlefront 2 will be getting a massive Clone Wars themed update

[Update]: After two years of patches, development on Battlefront 2 is now coming to an end.
To say that Star Wars Battlefront 2 launched with problems would be one heck of an understatement, but to DICE's credit they have slowly but surely turned the starship around. The ridiculous microtransactions have been removed, the post-launch updates have added some interesting new content and cosmetics, and in the relatively near future we'll also be getting a massive Clone Wars themed update.
The update will include an improved squad system that allows you to easily group up with friends and other players, a Starfire game mode that will be all about dogfights in iconic hero ships, as well as a new large-scale sandbox mode that will put the focus on capturing points and destroying giant enemy ships. Naturally, there will also be four new and rather thematic heroes to toy around with: General Grievous, Obi-wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and the always mopey Count Dooku.
