[Update #2]: Monster Hunter World: Iceborne's latest preview shows of the vast majority of monsters we'll get to fight against, and unsurprisingly, they're all pretty cool!
[Update]: The PC version of Monster Hunter World - Iceborne will be coming in January 2020!
Monster Hunter: World is set to arrive this September 6th on consoles, bringing with it a whole bunch of new content. There will be a brand new storyline to experience, new regions to explore, piles upon piles of gear to craft, and naturally, a whole bunch of new monsters to slay.
While the recently posted trailer doesn't exactly go into detail about any of those things, it does still showcase some rather interesting locations, as well as significantly more dangerous variants of monsters we're already familiar with. Most importantly, Iceborne will give us the ability to mount giant badgers! Here's what it all looks like in action:
Assassin's Creed Odyssey's final DLC episode, Judgment of Atlantis, is coming this July 16th

In a bit of an interesting move, Assassin's Creed Odyssey's "The Fate of Atlantis" DLC was split into three distinct and massive episodes. Two of these episodes have already arrived, and thankfully they have ended up being significantly better than the very first piece of DLC. However, despite the DLC being called "The Fate of Atlantis", neither of the two episodes so far allowed us to actually explore the fabled city!
As such, you might be glad to hear that Assassin's Creed Odyssey will soon be correcting that mistake. In other words, the third and final DLC episode "Judgement of Atlantis" will be coming this July 16th for both PC and consoles, bringing with it a whole host of new content centered around the lost city of Atlantis.
Turok: Escape from Lost Valley is a surprisingly cutesy action-adventure

If you were to ask people to describe the Turok series in a couple of words, chances are most would mention either "dinosaurs", "aliens", "alien dinosaurs" or the extremely brutal "cerebral bore" weapon. However, what I can almost guarantee nobody would ever do, is to call Turok "cute".
Yet, for whatever reason, the newly revealed Turok: Escape from Lost Valley is exactly that! It's a colorful and cartoony action-adventure that will have you face off against goofy versions of some of Turok's most iconic enemies. If that sounds a bit difficult to believe, here's the recently posted teaser trailer:
Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Surviving Mars are currently $12 combined

If you're looking for some deep and lengthy games to really sink your teeth into, you might be interested to hear that Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Surviving Mars are currently $12 as a part of July's Humble Monthly bundle. There will also be a couple of bonus games released early next month to help spice the deal up, though the above-mentioned games are definitely the highlight of this bundle.
As for whether the games are worth your time and money, I'd say the answer is yes if you're even remotely interested in either one. Kingdom Come: Deliverance may have some flaws due to its mid-budget origins, but it's still a phenomenal RPG and a breath of fresh air in the usually fantasy dominated genre. Surviving Mars on the other hand is a bit more niche as it's a fairly easy city-builder, though it does feature a whole bunch of elements to micromanage and mess around with, so if you don't mind making your own fun, it's well worth checking out.
VR fighting game GORN will be releasing from Early Access this July 18th

GORN is a ridiculously over-the-top and violent VR game about gladiatorial combat. In other words, it's all about smashing your enemies over the head with a wide variety of weapons, everything from massive two-handed swords to your very own fists. A fairly simple premise, but a rather fun one to mess around with in VR where nobody can see you act like an absolute nutcase!
With that in mind, I am happy to say that GORN will be fully released from Early Access this July 18th! The exact details haven't been announced just yet, but the full release will be accompanied by a massive update, most likely adding a bunch of new content and some much-needed bug fixes.
Starcraft: Remastered has received an adorably colorful overhaul through the new Cartooned pack

After well over a year of work, CarBot Animations have now partnered with Blizzard to release a complete visual overhaul of Starcraft: Remastered. And when I say complete, I really do mean complete as everything from the units, buildings, effects, mission intros, maps, terrains and even environmental objects have received an adorable cartoony look!
Since words alone won't suffice here, allow me to share with you one of the recent previews showcasing just what the Cartooned pack looks like in action. Have a gander, it's certainly an interesting one:
A new Super Monkey Ball game appears to be in development for PC and consoles

[Update]: Turns out the mystery game is an HD remake of Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz!
It has been quite a while since the world saw a good Super Monkey Ball game, which is why I'm glad to say that a new one appears to be in the works. According to a posting on Taiwan's Game Rating Board, "Tabegoro! Super Monkey Ball" is currently in development for both PC and consoles.
As you might imagine, Sega has chosen not to comment on any sort of rumors or speculation. That said, they wouldn't exactly go through the trouble of having a nonexistent game rated, so chances are good that we'll see a new Super Monkey Ball game appear at some point in the near future.
