Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is arriving today

[Update]: I've done a detailed review on Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, and if you're interested I welcome you to check it out by pressing here.

There have not been many good Warhammer games in recent history, mostly on account of Games Workshop lending out their license to basically anyone that's coherent enough to ask, but thankfully Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is a lovely exception, as I've come to realize in my adventures through the closed beta.

So it is with joy in my heart that I'm able to tell you that Battlefleet Gothic: Armada will be releasing on Steam in less than an hour! Here's the overly-serious, yet completely cheesy release trailer:

The good news doesn't just end there, however, as Battlefleet Gothic: Armada is one of the rare few cases where the pre-order DLC was handled well, and in a way that doesn't laugh at those willing to wait for reviews. If you either pre-order BG:A, or buy it within the first two months of release, you will gain the Space Marines faction as a post-launch DLC, as well as a second super-secret faction (that is most likely either going to be Nekron or Tau, if the rumors are to be believed) at a later date.

If you're a fan of RTS, or Warhammer games in general, do make sure to give it a look, I've had a surprising amount of fun with it, especially when it comes to the comically over-the-top Chaos voice acting.
