Given the massive popularity of the show, as well as some rather impressive reviews for the original Attack on Titan game, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to hear that Attack on Titan 2 is currently in development. It will focus on the show's second season and bring with it a variety of new characters to play with (including a roster of Titans), as well as numerous improvements to both the action and storytelling elements.

The details are unfortunately in short supply, but you can get a good idea of what Attack on Titan 2 is all about through the two recently posted trailers. Have a look, they seem to have captured the spirit of the show quite nicely:

Attack on Titan 2 will be coming in early 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and even the Nintendo Switch. As I've mentioned before, there aren't that many details available right now, but if you would like to learn just a little bit more I would recommend you head over to the official website.
