Hearthstone's Mean Streets of Gadgetzan official artwork showcasing a Murloc gang

While the appearance of Sombra from Overwatch is certainly the highlight of Blizzcon 2016 so far, the Hearthstone announcement isn't much of a slouch either. The upcoming Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion is bringing with it a whole bunch of new cards, many of which are actually interesting and well worth considering unlike some of the stuff that came in with One Night in Kharazan! But most interestingly of all, Means Streets of Gadgetzan will also be introducing tri-class cards, or in other words cards that are limited to a couple of classes at a time, rather than just one.

Before we move on to the cards, however, allow me to first show you the brief video Blizzard released along with the expansion announcement. Do be warned that the trailer song is incredibly snazzy, and as such there is a high risk of you humming it well after you've actually done watching the thing! With that very important disclaimer now out of the way, here's the video:

If you'd like to check out all of the cards revealed so far I would recommend you head over to the recently updated Blizzard website. They've posted a whole bunch of them already, so if you're in for a bit of theorycrafting feel free to dive in and see what types of decks you can prepare in advance. But if you're just looking for a couple of highlights, allow me to send you off with some of the cards that I feel offer unique and interesting ideas to Hearthstone:

Hearthstone's Mean Streets of Gadgetzan card Lotus Assassin

Hearthstone's Mean Streets of Gadgetzan card I know a guy

Hearthstone's Mean Streets of Gagetzan expansion card Kun the Forgotten King
