After what feels like an eternity of teasers and previews Hearthstone's Journey to Un'Goro expansion has now finally arrived. And yes, this does include the EU region as well given that JTUG (we seriously need a better acronym) released some 30 minutes ago!
The Journey to Un'Goro expansion brings with it 135 new cards, including a new Elemental tribe, a new keyword by the name of Adapt, and Quests as the very first Legendary spells. I have no idea if these cards are going to end up being balanced, especially since the Mage Quest literally gives you a second turn, but they are at the very least creative and not just 'here's an infinitely growing pile of stats.' If you would like to check all of the new cards out I would recommend heading over to Hearthpwn since Blizzard's official list is sorely lacking.
As you can probably guess from the title alone, Journey to Un'Goro brought with it one more major addition - the new Rogue hero Maiev Shadowsong. To play as the Warden herself all you will need to do is win 10 Standard games, a task that should take you a mere hour to complete. I haven't managed to finish the quest just yet, but here's to hoping she'll have a unique interaction with Illidan given how much they're chasing each other around in WoW currently.
And finally, the update has also brought with it a variety of minor bug and text fixes. You can read about all of the details over at the official website, but don't expect it to be too exciting. Good luck with the card packs!
