Disgaea 2, a tactical RPG originally released for the PS2 and most famous for its absolutely insane sense of humor, is now finally available on PC as well. So if you're up for some inappropriate humor and a leveling system that allows you to infinitely grow in power you should head on over to Steam.

And for those of you looking for more details about Disgaea 2, here's the relatively recent official trailer. It doesn't feature much in terms of straight-up gameplay, but it does set the mood pretty damn well. Anyway, have a look:

When the original Disgaea first arrived on PC it did so alongside a variety of annoying performance issues that took a couple of weeks to fully fix. Disgaea 2, however, appears to have no such problems! I haven't had the chance to play it myself, but according to most of the Steam reviews it appears that the PC version this time around is pretty damn solid.

Besides the quality of the port itself, it is also worth mentioning that the PC version includes all of the content from Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories (PS2) and Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days (PSP), so you should be getting the 'complete' experience. And finally, as far as new features are concerned, Disgaea 2 brings with it an updated UI, keyboard and mouse support, support for both Mac and Linux, and most importantly, three playable characters that never made it to the West: Dark Ecllair, Gig, and Miabel.
