Ghost Recon Wildlands buggy official artwork

The closed beta signups for Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ubisoft's upcoming open world shooter/stealth game hybrid, have now begun. If you would like to participate you will need to head over to the Ubisoft website and sign up, after which you will have a chance to get a beta invite sent over the moment the servers go live. But even if you end up having terrible luck, worry not as Ubisoft tends to eventually make these beta tests either open to everyone or so massive they might as well be.

And if you're wondering what exactly you'll be able to do in the upcoming beta tests, Ubisoft has released a brief preview video showcasing the key gameplay elements behind Ghost Recon Wildlands. Have a look:

There is currently no launch date available for the closed beta, but with the official release set for March 7 I doubt you're going to have to wait for very long. And if Ubisoft's behavior with The Division is any indicator, Ghost Recon Wildlands will most likely have an open beta near the tail end of February, so make sure to look out for that if you don't get invited to any of the preceeding beta tests.

And as a final note, if you're interested in some more Ghost Recon Wildlands gameplay, this time around primarily focused around stealth and subterfuge, head over here. Enjoy!
