The holiday season really is a time for miracles because Activision just recently announced a massive, and completely free DLC for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. It will bring with it six new remastered multiplayer maps to toy around with, a new holiday themed Winter Crash map, as well as two new game modes: Gun Game and Hardpoint.

The six new remastered multiplayer maps will arrive on December 13 for everyone to enjoy, while the new Winter Crash map and its accompanying Winter Crash playlist will begin on December 20 and last throughout the holidays. And finally, just a little reminder: you can only 'purchase' Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered in a bundle with Infinite Warfare. In other words, you'll need to grab either the Legacy, Legacy Pro, or Digital Deluxe Edition in order to get your hands on the the remastered version. The cheapest one of these is the Legacy Edition as it doesn't contain any microtransaction nonsense, just the two games, so if you're aiming only for Modern Warfare Remastered this one is your best bet.
