Peregrin is an upcoming story-focused puzzle adventure that will have you travel across the great wasteland known as The Divide in order to save what remains of humanity. Along the way you will take control of various creatures in order to open up paths and solve puzzles, though you will have to be careful about how you use your powers because not every animal is going to be exactly happy with you pulling the strings.

If you're wondering what all of this might look like in-game, wonder no more as the developers have released a lengthy gameplay video covering pretty much everything you need to know. So if you have even a shred of interest in Peregrin I would recommend you give the video a look. Here it is:

You can expect to see five chapters filled with over 60 "scenes", which if the gameplay video is any indicator most likely means puzzle areas. I'd also imagine a couple of those scenes will be exclusively dedicated to furthering the narrative, but even with that considered I'd say we're still looking at a decent amount of content for a €10 game.

As for the release date, Peregrin will be coming to PC next week, on August 8th. To learn more a little bit more, or just check out some of the other gameplay videos, I would recommend heading over to either Steam or the official website. And finally, let me send you off with a couple of images:
