After a successful Kickstarter and a short Early Access period the Jet Set Radio inspired parkour game Hover: Revolt of Gamers has now officially released. As you can probably guess given its inspiration, Hover is all about ridiculous speeds, flashy visuals, and even more ridiculously flashy stunts across a wide variety of environments.

Since these types of games live and die by their presentation it would probably be a good idea for you to first check out the recently posted launch trailer. Even if you've never played Jet Set Radio it should quickly become apparent what Hover is all about. Have a look:

The one area where Hover thankfully differs from Jet Set Radio is that its both a single and multiplayer experience. You can progress through the adventure by cooperation or playing against your friends, its entirely up to you as both playstyles are fully supported. And if you ever find the official maps to be boring or far too easy, worry not as there is a level editor present, so you can expect to see some hair-pullingly difficult community maps.

If this sounds like the type of game you might enjoy you can find out more on either the official website or Steam. And finally, allow me to send you off with a couple of overly colorful images:
