Hearthstone's next balance update is nerfing Millhouse and rebalancing Demon Hunters

Ashes of Outland, Hearthstone's newest expansion, arrived recently with a whole bunch of new toys in tow. Not only did it add the usual assortment of new cards for both the classic game modes and Battlegrounds, but it also brought in the very first new class - the mighty Demon Hunter.
However, as is often the case, any sort of massive additions are likely to result in equally massive balance problems. Ashes of Outland was no exception here, with Demon Hunters and combo decks running amok in constructed, and Millhouse Manastorm rampaging across the Battlegrounds mode. In order to correct this, as well as rebalance a few other outliers, Blizzard has now announced the patch notes for next week's update. Here's what you can expect to see:
Total War: Warhammer 2 will be getting at least two more major updates and DLCs

[Update #2]: The Greenskins focused The Warden & The Paunch DLC has now arrived, and unsurprisingly, it's yet another pretty good one.
[Update]: The next DLC will bring with it some major improvements for the Greenskins.
It is well known at this point that Creative Assembly is currently working on Total War: Warhammer 3. However, despite the sequel being in heavy development, it seems that Total War: Warhammer 2 has not been forgotten as the studio has just announced they're still planning to have at least two major updates and accompanying DLCs.
The details behind these updates are currently shrouded in mystery, but what I can tell you is that the next free update will bring with it a brand new Legendary Lord, improvements to the Old World and its factions, as well as a new mount. As for when exactly this update will arrive, Creative Assembly hasn't specified just yet, but it's likely that we'll be able to play around with it at some point in May.
World of Warcraft has extended the double EXP event, with double Reputation coming soon

[Update]: The double reputation event has now gone live for both Legion and Battle for Azeroth factions.
In an effort to keep players safe and indoors, World of Warcraft recently unleashed a time-limited 100% experience buff for all players. However, just as the double experience event was about to end, Blizzard announced that they will be extending it all the way until the Shadowlands pre-patch! In other words, if you ever wanted to level a brand new class in World of Warcraft - this would be the time!
The good news doesn't end there, however, as Blizzard has announced another bonus event. From April 20 through May 18, most Legion and Battle for Azeroth factions will award double the usual amount of reputation - perfect for unlocking and leveling some of the new Allied Races.
Jill Valentine has now made her way to Resident Evil Resistance as a free survivor character
- By Ash
- in News
Resident Evil Resistance is a 4v1 asymmetrical multiplayer game where a team of survivors needs to do whatever it takes to escape, all the while being hounded by an evil mastermind who's placing traps and monsters in their way. If that sounds like something you might want to check out, it's worth mentioning that Resistance can't be bought on its own, but instead comes bundled together with the Resident Evil 3 remake.
That connection has just been made even stronger as Resident Evil 3's protagonist, Jill Valentine, has now made her way to Resistance as a brand new survivor. Much like the rest of the characters, she has two unique abilities at her disposal: Evade that lets her swiftly dodge attacks, and S.T.A.R.S. Armory that gives her temporary access to some immensely powerful weapons with which she can blast any opposition apart.

[Update]: Creative Assembly has announced that Total War: Warhammer 2 will be getting at least two more major updates and DLCs.
If you're a fan of strategy games, you might want to give the downright excellent Total War: Warhammer 2 a bash as it's currently entirely free to try out. All you have to do is head on over to Steam, click on the giant "Play Game" button, and you'll be sending scores of your own ratmen to die from careless friendly fire in no time.
The one catch is that this free weekend will only last for another two days, so you might want to get started as soon as possible. After all, Total War: Warhammer 2 is an absolutely massive game, even if you ignore all of the DLCs.
Overwatch devs are looking into weakening Crowd Control abilities across the board

[Update]: The experimental update has now arrived, and the nerfs are a lot gentler than I expected.
A few patches ago Overwatch introduced a relatively simple, yet incredibly useful new feature - the experimental game mode. Much like the name would suggest, the experimental mode allows Blizzard and the Overwatch community to test potentially game-breaking and overall wacky changes, all in an effort to see what could be used to improve the game.
For example, just recently Blizzard orchestrated a perfect meta for Ashe and Pharah to thrive. And then, when both heroes continued to underperform despite them having no real counters left in the game, Blizzard finally felt justified to give them some rather nice buffs. Because of that, both Ashe and Pharah are in a much, much better place right now.

[Update #2]: Fallout 76 devs have revealed their plans for major updates all throughout 2022.
[Update]: Bethesda has now released a detailed roadmap for Fallout 76 in 2020.
A fair bit of time has gone by since the original announcement, but Fallout 76 has now finally made its way to Steam alongside the massive (and free) Wastelanders expansion. The new content update brings with it the long-requested return of NPCs to ally with or simply chat up, as well as a new storyline revolving around the return of humanity itself to the region.
You'll also be able to join or annoy two new human factions, play around with an assortment of new weapons and enemies, and naturally, explore a couple of new and newly reworked locations. You can get a bit of a sneak peek at what all of this looks like in action through the recently posted trailer. Have a gander:
